Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unworn swimwear in its original packaging, ensuring all hygiene liners and brand tags are still attached.
Download and Print Label
Generate your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized shipping location and keep your tracking number; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
