The larger the hand paddle the more resistance in the water. Therefore, to increase strength we advise that you select a medium or large. However, to maintain strength, we recommend a small or medium. Measurements below.

Small: 18cm (L) 13cm (W) = Red Strap

Medium: 20cm (L) 15cm (W) = Yellow Strap

Large: 22cm (L) 17cm (W) = Dark Blue Strap
